Alutecnos stand-up rods are two piece with a detachable aluminium butt, which we can supply as straight or curved. The blank is a carbon-glass composite, and finished with the highest quality materials in Italy.
The rod delivers unrivalled power, while retaining a clean responsive action. An eva-grip handle provides a comfortable hold during a long fight, while the patent 'removable roller' system allows the rollers to be removed for cleaning or maintenance. The rings are secured by triple binding, and the whipping displays exceptional attention to detail.
NOTES: The 30/50lb class is great for UK shark fishing, ideal for porgies and threshers. The 50/80 class is the perfect bluefin tuna rod, a joy to play big fish on and has the best rollers in the business. The blanks these rods are built on have a superb action and are extremely robust.
